Baked Salmon With Chipotle Lime Glaze

I came up with this recipe several years ago, it is a real hit with our friends and family. My wife has a sad look on her face when were eating salmon (which we both love) and it is not this recipe.

This salmon recipe works very well with any type of salmon, as mentioned in the video. However I personally don’t remember the last time I had eaten “farm raised salmon” …wild salmon is just that much better.

Each year around May Amanda and I get excited about “Copper River” salmon which is amazing when it first comes in.
